This is my personal go to tisane. Lemongrass and ginger is calming to the tummy, delicate to drink and generally makes me feel good. You can enjoy this tisane cold and to sweeten it a little, simply add honey. Can aid headaches, nausea, travel sickness & acne
When there’s spring sunshine about, this can be a very refreshing drink and a light alternative to black tea if you need a pick-me-up. Plus this tea is naturally caffeine-free so is pretty healthy to boot. A light lemony drink with ginger notes shining through.
For best results
1 heaped teaspoon into boiling water for 3 – 5 minutes. Be patient, it’ll be worth it.
