Chamomile flowers can assist you with an upset tummy and calms your mind to help you to sleep. Chamomile is not a tea as it does not contain Camellia Sinesis (tea plant), therefore it is called a tisane.
This is a light subtle herb with an earthy, somewhat sweet taste.
Add a little honey if you like your tea sweet. For a creamy tea that’s not quite as sweet, add a splash of milk to your drink.
How to Use
1 heaped teaspoon in boiled 100° water for 3 – 5 minutes.
Organic/ Sustainably Sourced
