Delivery and Returns
We offer delivery on all products offered on our online shop.
All products may incur an extra delivery charge when shipping to non UK mainland. This will be determined on a product by product basis for larger items.
Parcels will be delivered on a 3-5 day service to mainland England, Scotland and Wales.
Carriage is charged on a quantities basis – minimum £1.50 for a single package and £3.45 for 2 or more packages up to £25. Orders over £25 will be posted free of charge to UK mainland.

Items Missing If your order arrives and the parcel is damaged and this has affected the product, you should take a picture and email it to us. If your parcel arrives but items are missing, you must make us aware of the missing items immediately so this can be looked into and resolved.
Returns and Refunds Please refer to the following information when returning products delivered from Truly Tea UK Ltd.
Faulty Products In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund. Notification of any defect must be made within 1 day of the product being delivered to you. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange.
Faulty products can be returned directly to us. Please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance.
The return must be accompanied with proof of purchase for a refund of the purchase value of the product. We require the return of the products within 7 days of the refund request being made. Cost of returns is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Your refund, once accepted will be processed within 30 days.
